Biography
Kara has worked in the Office of Graduate Studies for 12 years and has been at CMU for 18 years. Kara is the main point of contact for faculty, staff, and students with graduate studies questions. Some of Kara's duties include:
- Graduate Studies policy enforcement and improvement
- Undergraduate and graduate student grants
- Thesis and dissertation review
- Annual Student Creative and Research Endeavors Exhibition (SCREE) Event
- Academic probation
- Assist with Graduate Committee
- Various graduate studies forms
