CMU CARES and the CARE Advocates offer interactive programming to help students develop skills for personal growth, adulting, and success! Each semester, there are opportunities for both in-person and virtual interactive sessions to help students transition to college and further their independence and confidence as an adult, because adulting can be hard work. Each semester, the Care Advocates host in-person Launch project sessions. New topics this semester include Intention Setting, Boundaries, Loneliness, Growth Mindset, Self-Care and Stress Management.
