Collaborating with Dr. Swanson and other faculty across CMU, including the Departments of Biology, Chemistry & Biochemistry, and the College of Medicine, as well as international partners in Europe, you’ll apply advanced techniques such as RP-HPLC, SEC-HPLC, mass spectrometry, isoelectric focusing, and PAGE. Together, you’ll explore the role of dendrimers in addressing oxidative stress, neurodegenerative diseases, and vaccine development.
