Student forms
Below are forms and documents that current Honors students will need as you complete your Honors Protocol.
All forms may be submitted electronically to honors@cmich.edu or returned to the Honors Program in Powers Hall 104. Electronic signatures of faculty members may be verified if they send an email from their cmich email address to honors@cmich.edu. If you have any questions contact the Honors Program at 989-774-3902.

- For students working on a Fall capstone, projects are due December 11, 2026.
- For students planning to complete their capstone project in Spring 2027, proposals are also due December 11th.
- Please keep in mind that according to the Centralis policy to retain scholarship eligibility, it states that “All Centralis scholarship recipients must complete the Honors Program Protocol in full by the end of their seventh semester. They must also have a capstone project proposal turned in by the end of their sixth semester at CMU. Failure to complete Honors Program Protocol Requirements may result in a scholarship hold or immediate termination of the scholarship.”
