College of Business Administration and General Administration Buildings Renovations

Scope:
As part of Campus Vision 2030, and informed by the Campus Master Plan, the renovation of portions of five facilities supporting the College of Business Administration, and General Administration, to include the Combined Services Building, Grawn Hall, Powers Hall, Sloan Hall and Warriner Hall, shall provide for more efficient use of these facilities, improve adjacencies of like functions, enhance student services, and invest in deferred maintenance requirements.
Combined Services Building – maximizing the use of the second floor and improving adjacencies.
Grawn Hall – creating more efficient administrative spaces and improved adjacencies. DM – Mechanical infrastructure improvements.
Powers Hall – renovation of academic, faculty and staff administrative spaces and improve adjacencies. DM – Chilled water infrastructure improvements.
Sloan Hall – renovation of faculty and administrative spaces, improve adjacencies and accessibility. DM – Electrical panel improvements.
Warriner Hall – renovation of administrative spaces for improved adjacencies and student services.
