Merrill Residence Hall Renovation

Scope:
- The renovation of Merrill Residence Hall will provide an upgraded living-learning experience for student residents. This project will renovate all interior suites, bathrooms, reception and lobby spaces and will including new finishes, doors, paint, flooring and window treatments. Deferred maintenance enhancements will include new replacement of roof sections, window replacements, improved mechanical ventilation, LED lighting, and upgraded fire alarm systems. The renovation will modernize the infrastructure, look and feel of Merrill Residence Hall. This project is documented in the 2021 Master Plan and further refined in the 2024 Campus Programming Plan.
