Warriner Mall Enhancements

Scope:
- The Warriner Mall Enhancements project is a comprehensive infrastructure and campus enhancement initiative focused on renewing one of CMU’s most historic and highly visible campus spaces. The project combines utility modernization, site improvements, and landscape enhancements to support the long-term functionality, reliability, and appearance of the campus core.
- Key elements of the project include the replacement of aging underground utility infrastructure, construction of approximately 1,000 lineal feet of new utility tunnels, relocation and modernization of critical steam, condensate, communications, and electrical services, demolition of the obsolete Terminal Park facility, stormwater improvements, and enhancements to pedestrian pathways, lighting, landscaping, and open spaces throughout the Warriner Mall.
