7. Relationship with Legal Proceedings
7.1 The student conduct process is separate from criminal or civil proceedings.
The University may proceed with conduct action regardless of the status of external legal proceedings. Information may be shared between Law Enforcement and the University for the purpose of investigating a report in accordance with the law.
8. Revision
The University reserves the right to revise this Code and related procedures.
