The University Transformation Office (UTO) was established in April 2025 with the mission to provide portfolio management, program and project execution, process improvement, organizational change enablement, and innovation empowerment.  We help drive transformative outcomes that maximize efficiency, enhance institutional capabilities, and foster a culture of excellence.  In brief, we partner with you to help teams and departments work smarter and more efficiently.  Each of our team members brings expertise in project management, process analysis, change management, process improvement, or consultation.
