Use: Have your respondents answer your questions by checking a box.
Instructions
- Find the Checkboxes widget.
- Drag and drop it into the Body container.
- Click Edit.
- Enter your question in the Label section.
- Enter your choices in the Choices section.
- You can add "Other" as an option where your respondents can type in their own answer.
- Optional: Make answering your question required by selecting Required Field.
- Save.
