Campus Diversity SymposiumThe 7th Annual Campus Diversity Symposium will take place on April 27, 2022. Please check back for more details as this special event gets closer.


Conversations that Matter - Join members of the community, faculty, students and staff around a provided dinner and loosely facilitated topic of conversation often of controversial topics. All conversations in this series are from 5-7pm in the Powers Ballroom. RSVP is required for all events.


Cultural Competency Workshops - These workshops will provide an interactive learning environment consisting of lecture, small group activities, and large group discussions on relevant cultural competency topics. Location and time varies by workshop. RSVP is required for all workshops.


Soup & Substance - Join members of the community, faculty, students and staff around a provided dinner of soup and rolls, and loosely facilitated topic of conversation often of controversial topics. Soup & Substances are free and open to all staff, faculty, students, and the community. All conversations in this series take place from 12-1pm. RSVP is required.


Voices that Matter - This new series on CMU's campus started virtually during the COVID-19 shelter-in-place orders, and centers the voices of community members and concerns sometimes marginalized by economic and social circumstances. Voices that Matter is a Facebook Live event on our Facebook. No reservations required.
